What to expect:

Fitness Assessment

During the trial, we start with a body composition analysis to determine how your body composition stats compare to healthy guidelines. It also helps us identify your goals in terms of your desired fat percentage and muscle mass, thus allowing us to assess how close you are from achieving these goals. We can then plan accordingly, setting realistic milestones and timelines for you.

Let's get moving!

Next, we move on to the workout itself. Our sessions are mainly focused on weight training, providing a sample program that we will prescribe for your actual training split during the week. This usually comprises the main movements we suggest based on your goals.

Goal Setting

Next, we delve into your fitness aspirations through probing questions designed to uncover your true goals. We also reassess your past and current training and dietary practices to identify whether your previous approaches were optimal in order to develop a diet and training schedule that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Post Work-out Planning

After an intense training session, we wrap things up by discussing future plans to help you achieve your fitness goals with the least amount of resistance. In the end, we leave it up to you to decide if we are the right fit for you moving forward. If not, we hope that you have learned something valuable from our session.
