This challenge is cost-effective, with pricing starting at $89 per session. However, participants must fulfil certain conditions to achieve the desired results:
1. Daily Weigh-In: Participants must weigh themselves SECOND thing in the morning and enter their weight into our fitness app for us to track progress and determine their calorie deficit.
2. Daily Food Log: After a diet consultation with a trainer, participants must record their meals for nutritional coaching and make necessary adjustments.
3. Regular Training: Participants are required to train a minimum of 3 times per week with the transformation specialist.
4. Physique Progress Check: Participants must take photos of their physique using the fitness app on a weekly basis.
